Package Inspection: Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If we sent you a wrong item(s) or missing, please email us at Frametoryinc@gmail.com within 7 days.
We ship orders via Fedex, UPS, and USPS. For free shipping items, UPS will be the first choice. In certain cases, Frametory.com reserves the right to substitute with USPS Mail or Fedex.
Missing Items: If there is a missing item from your order, we will send out replacements on the same day except on holidays. We will ship it out using the same method we used to send out in the first place. For example, we would ship a missing item using USPS Priority Mail if the package was originally sent using the same service.
We ship out most orders on the same day if the order has been placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time. However, in the case in which your order can not be shipped within 2 business days, we will contact you by email to inform you of your expected shipping date. If the expected shipping date is not satisfactory with you, you may cancel your order with no obligation.
Please contact us before 11 AM Pacific Time at 415-992-7346 to confirm same day shipping on any overnight, express, or regular ground shipping for your items.
Damaged Items: If your order was received damaged, please take a picture of the item and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. Any complaints after 14 days, will be dismissed. Please check your order upon delivery.
If you contact us within 14 days, we will offer an option of replacement or partial refund or store credit.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once you have received confirmation of your shipment, you may track its delivery status at:

Several items are not returnable under any circumstances. They are marked on the product description page.
You may return non-defective items within 15 days of purchase.
If the item is purchased as a free shipping item, we will deduct the actual shipping charges from the total. Non-defective items returned after 15 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any customer returning items totaling over $300.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
If you received free shipping for an item(s), a $10.00 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to cover the cost of merchant credit card fees. Mail-in orders paid by check or money order are not subject to the 5% fee if returned within 15 days. There will be no returns of non-defective products and/or refunds after 21 days.
To receive any refund, all exchanged/returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition. This includes: all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled out). Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work that came with the item(s).
Merchandise must be returned in a shipping box and paid for.
Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to customer.
To speed up your return, you must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from us by calling the number above before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee regardless of circumstances. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping courier; it is your responsibility to ensure and track the pages.
-Call customer service at 415-992-7346 or email email@example.com and submit a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be prepared to provide our customer service representative with your name and order ID number.
-Write the RMA # on the original packing list and on the outside of the shipping box. All items that received without a valid RMA # will be refused.
-We will then send you an RMA email to confirm that all original items are included with your return. You may be billed for any missing or damaged items.
-Box the product(s), making sure to include all the original packaging, any included accessories, a copy of the original packing list, and mail to:
